What you need to know about becoming a patient

Our focus is on you and making sure that your treatment is a success and this includes focusing on the details and logistics of becoming a patient. From working with your insurance company to make sure the financial end of things runs smoothly to arranging transportation if needed. When you become a patient at Carolina Regional Cancer Center the goal is getting you treatment and adding life to your years.

If you or a loved one is considering treatment at CRCC, the easiest way to learn about becoming a patient is to call our office and talk with our staff. From this initial call we will determine when to bring you in for a consultation visit with our caring medical team.

How to Make an Appointment

To make an appointment, please call CRCC at (843)449-9415647-2811, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We will review with you the documents and information needed for your first visit.

Subsequent visits

After your initial visit, the nature of your follow-up care is determined by the course of treatment that is being prescribed to you. Radiation therapy is unique to the needs of the patient.

Hours of Operation

Regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Hours are extended for patients under treatment. Physicians are on call after hours and may be contacted through the answering service.


We have emergency coverage for weekends and holidays.
