Patients who are interested in treatment at the Carolina Regional Cancer Center and the Myrtle Beach Cancer Care Retreat should:

• Call our office at 449-9415 or toll free 877-449-9415 to begin the process.
• Identify yourself as someone interested in the Cancer Care Retreat.
• Obtain a copy of your medical records. You can request a copy from your primary care physician. For the forms to request your records and other admission information, click here.

When we receive your records, our board-certified specialists will review them to determine if you are an appropriate patient for treatment. CRCC’s concern is solely medical; we have no financial interest in your accommodations or other activities while you are in Myrtle Beach.

We will call you back to discuss your treatment.

When we receive a formal referral from your personal physician, we will call to schedule your second opinion or a pretreatment initial consultation.
