Overview

The IMPAC EMR & Scheduling Software is a system utilized to maintain the patient’s medical record and utilized as a practice management system. The practice management system includes patient and resource scheduling, daily patient registration, data management, patient treatment and services provided record.  Patients are given an identification card to be scanned when they arrive at the center to alert the staff that they have arrived for treatment.  As a quality assurance measure, the patient’s identification card is scanned before entering the treatment room to assure that the proper treatment is delivered to the patient.
